DORTMUND, 9.7.2019: In the just released summer release of its service ecosystem cobago SIX, the Dortmund-based software company now offers the full scope of service fulfillment – from the digital design of the individual service app via drag & drop with the browser to dispatching and organization to personal assistance for the individual employee and subsequent automated documentation plus monetization.

“Service needs clear structures. And the simple disposition of tasks via a classic service management system is often not enough. Especially in important and critical processes, input helpers, plausibility and completeness checks, automated calculations and evaluations, and of course photo documentation and signatures are helpful” explains Stefan Vârvoreanu, CMO of cobago GmbH.

In the current summer release of the product, Design, Organization, Fulfillment and Delivery are now available as individual modules within a sophisticated system of roles and rights. This allows the specialist department, on-site teams, process management and IT service to act independently and geographically distributed. In addition, leading systems such as SAP, CRM, ERP or Enterprise Asset Management can be easily connected via SIX connect, an open API interface, in order to transfer orders to SIX and digitally return results.

cobago SIX Professional is available immediately in the Open Telekom Cloud and ready for use for individual services in just a few hours. The on-premise version is available for larger teams on request.
